Seasonal Yin - Autumn
Join Tori for a nourishing 90-minute Yin Yoga workshop exploring the energy of autumn through the lens of Yin Yoga and Taoist philosophy.
In Taoism, autumn is a season of letting go, refinement, and return — a time to release what is complete and create space for what matters most.
Through long-held postures, breath awareness, and moments of reflection, we’ll work with practices that support grounding, nervous system regulation, and a gentle turning inward as the season shifts.
Investment: $50 (10% discount applied at checkout for Love Tribe Yoga members).
Saturday 2 May
Strong & Steady: The Bhuvaneshwari Practice
Join Amy for a two-hour Hatha workshop focused on breath, foundational poses and the quiet strength that comes from slowing down and staying with the practice.
With more time than a regular class, we’ll explore a wider range of poses and variations, including shapes we don’t often have time to unpack. The practice is designed to be held and felt, helping regulate the nervous system and leaving you feeling strong, steady and grounded.
Inspired by Goddess Bhuvaneshwari, this workshop cultivates calm, spacious strength in both body and mind. Bhuvaneshwari brings boons, dispels fear and encourages us to move more deeply into things.
The workshop is suitable for all levels, with options offered to find either ease or challenge.
