Late cancellation:

Cancellation is deemed a late cancellation if class is cancelled with 60 minutes of the class start time.

No show:

Failure to attend a class that has been booked is deemed a ‘no show’.

Members (including intro offers):

• Late cancellation incurs a $10 fee.

• No shows incur a $15 fee.

Casual or class pass holders:

• Late cancellation results in forfeiting the amount paid or the class pass.

• No shows forfeit the amount paid or the class pass.

We strongly recommend using the momence app which makes booking and cancelling classes simple.

If using the website:

• Find the class you want to cancel and click 'book now'. Even if you have already booked - this will take you into the momence dashboard. 

• Click your name in the top right hand corner and select 'Go to my dashboard'. 

• You will see any classes you are booked into under the heading 'Upcoming'. 

• Select the three dots to the right of the class you want to cancel and click 'Cancel yourself'.
