Bella’s teaching harnesses the power of yoga to calm and regulate the nervous system, supporting students to carry that sense of balance beyond the mat and into everyday life.
When she first started practicing, yoga was something she did with structure and discipline — mat, space, teacher, time. She and her partner Dean even went to great lengths to carry their mats across England’s Coast to Coast trail without missing a day of practice (when sometimes perhaps they should have). In time, the challenges of COVID and parenting reshaped her experience of yoga. She came to understand yoga as much more than an hour on the mat, and instead as a way of life — found in a single conscious breath during a tough moment, or the practice of returning awareness to the present, imperfect as it may be.
Bella teaches vinyasa flow, hatha, yin and nidra. With a warm and inclusive approach, she creates a welcoming space where you are encouraged to move at your own pace and connect with what feels right for you - letting the practice meet you exactly where you are.
Her mission is to share yoga in ways that support everyday living, offering micro-practices and techniques you can weave into daily life to build resilience, presence and connection — both on and off the mat.

Dean’s teaching is rooted in a deep desire to share the essence of yoga—its ability to unite the body, mind, breath and spirit.
Beginning in 2018 with a two-week yoga trial at Westside Yoga in Seddon, Dean has since explored daily practice, time in Indian ashrams, silent retreats, teacher training, and in-depth study of Bhakti yoga and classical Tantra.
Initially seeking a way to transcend the world, Dean’s practice has evolved into a way to be in the world—more fully, more consciously, more compassionately. Today, he sees yoga as a path to recognising the divine in the present moment, embracing life’s joys and challenges with as much equanimity as possible (or at least trying to).
Dean’s teaching style is grounded in awareness, and reverence for the depth and tradition of yoga. In his class you can expect time and space to drop into your breath and body, connecting inward to your true essence. Expect to leave feeling grounded, present, and better resourced to meet life with energy and intention.

Alice’s teaching is about mindful movement, offering tools to build inner strength - in yoga and in life.
Alice has practiced yoga on and off for around 15 years. What started as a new way to move her body soon became something more - a practice that supported her mind and offered moments of stillness in the day.
Alice teaches a vinyasa flow style class that starts slowly, builds momentum, and ends softly with savasana. Her classes offer a thoughtfully curated series of poses with the chance to explore your strength or balance.
When you practice with Alice, you can expect flowing movement, playful challenges and grounding themes. With a focus on mindfulness and linking breath with movement, you will leave the class feeling calm with a stronger connection between your mind and body.
Outside the studio Alice works as a grant-writer and on weekends you’ll often find her walking her dog or enjoying a coffee and croissant.

Tori’s passion for Yogic philosophy, history and practice has shaped her teaching style, which prioritises the roots of a profound, holistic tradition.
Tori did her first yoga class at sixteen and has been practising since, taking her first step into teacher training at the age of nineteen. Over many years of training and practice, Tori has studied Hatha, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, and meditation.
Commitment to her practice and ongoing svādhyāya (self-study) has been the biggest gateway to Tori’s understanding of yoga. The impact of this path continues to drive her appreciation for this ancient tradition as a reminder to slow down, to allow what is, and to come back to Self.
Tori seeks to create a space for her students to experience Yoga as a means of liberation, surrender and devotion. Knowing Yoga as more than just a means of maintaining a healthy body, Tori has experienced its effects on the mind and our connection to spirit. Despite ‘teaching’, Tori will always remain a student of Yoga.

Brydie’s teaching is grounded in a deep respect for the roots of yoga, and she shares the practice in a way that is both accessible and nourishing.
Brydie is a yoga teacher and movement facilitator with over 17 years of experience in teaching dance and embodied movement, and more than a decade of devoted yoga practice. Her offerings blend Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and breathwork into inclusive, heart-led spaces that invite self-inquiry, release and connection.
Her classes are embedded in intention - from the first breath to the final shape. Each session begins with grounding breathwork and carries a clear theme throughout, creating a cohesive and meaningful experience. Brydie’s sequencing is fluid and intuitive, encouraging students to move with presence, awareness and care.
Brydie lives her yoga off the mat, allowing the principles of the practice to quietly guide her lifestyle, values and the way she moves through the world, with care, intention and integrity.
Outside of teaching, Brydie is a qualified remedial massage therapist and support worker, and facilitates monthly events that weave together yoga, massage and healing sound to support deep restoration and embodied connection
