Nidra
Also known as “yogic sleep,” Nidra is a guided meditation that takes you into deep relaxation while remaining awake and aware. It soothes the nervous system and supports profound rest, clarity, and inner connection.
Yin and Nidra
A restful combination that begins with gentle Yin postures to open the body and prepare you for stillness, followed by Yoga Nidra to guide you into deep relaxation and spacious awareness.

A well-rounded class weaving together movement, breath, meditation, and rest. The Complete Practice is designed to balance effort with ease, leaving you nourished in body, mind, and spirit.
Hatha and Yin

Yin
A deeply restorative style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods to nourish connective tissue and calm the nervous system. Yin invites stillness and presence, fostering release and renewal.
Sunday restore
A nurturing end to the week. Sunday Restore weaves together slow, mindful movement to gently awaken the body, calming breathwork (prāṇāyāma) to centre the mind, and soothing Yin and restorative postures to invite deep release. A practice to replenish your energy and prepare you for the week ahead. Option to stay for a cup of tea and a chat at the end.
